Convert it one rule at a time

The same diagram from section 02, in two runs. Convert applies one rule per step and shows only the tables that rule touched, with the primary-key columns shaded and the columns the rule just added marked. The 1:1 choice holds rule 3 still and tries all three placements people propose for TAKES, counting the empty cells each one leaves behind. Nothing plays on its own: Next, Back and Reset, or the arrow keys.

Grey columns are the primary key of that table. Indigo marks the column this rule is about. Green marks a column or table this rule just created. Rose marks a cell with nothing to put in it. In Convert the four counters below track the whole schema built so far, not only the tables on screen; in The 1:1 choice they count only the tables that one placement affects.
Press Next to begin. Each press applies one rule.
