One age back, one forward, solved step by step

Choose how far back the first person goes, how far forward the second goes, the ratio between those two brackets, and the fact that links the two people. The first three cases are three different links on the same split — all of them describe Neha at 15 and Vijay at 25.

Watch the last two stat tiles disagree on purpose. The Age gap is the distance between the two people; the two bracket tiles differ by that gap plus both shifts. Setting the split ratio to 1 : 1 with a non-zero gap link makes the solver refuse, and the note explains why.
