The same job, split two ways

Give both solo times, the total payment, and the day A leaves. Set the leaving day to zero and the console uses the efficiency ratio; set it to anything else and it counts units instead, and tells you what the efficiency ratio would wrongly have paid A. Comparing the two is the whole lesson.

A 10, B 20, ₹2,700, nobody leaves
2 : 1 → 1,800 / 900
Leaving day 0 means A stays for the whole job. Any other value makes the durations differ, and the efficiency shortcut stops being valid.
