Terms of Service

The rules for using Examate. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

Last updated 30 October 2026

Who we are

Examate (“we”, “us”) runs examate.in from Hyderabad, India. These terms apply to everyone who uses the website or the app. Colleges that use Examate for their students may also have a separate agreement with us, which takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

Your account

Using Examate fairly

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Exams and monitoring

Your college decides which tests you take and which monitoring is on for each one. Integrity flags are evidence for your college to review, not a verdict, and decisions about your results are your college’s.

AI mock interviews

Interviews are conducted and assessed by AI. They are practice and feedback, not a hiring decision, and the AI can make mistakes, so treat its scores and comments as guidance.

Credits, payments and refunds

Content

Our lessons, questions and software belong to us; you may use them for your own learning. What you create, such as your code and your résumé, stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the platform for you and your college.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Examate running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or retire features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top; using Examate after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
